The first poem I chose to write was in the bath at nineteen, eight months into my law degree with a world of words roaming around my mind. This is a collection of those three years. Of all the words in my head, that had been lingering before, during and dreaming.

I was privileged enough to be able to co-write the voiceover of the first campaign of She Runs It! LDN, a fitness group I have been a part of for the last five years, alongside founder Tasha Keating.

She Runs It! aims to empower others through playful, functional and holistic means of fitness and wellbeing projects lead by women.
